Hi! I’m Stacey Butcher and I am the owner of Hexagon Business Solutions. The idea for this business started in the summer of 2021 when my husband was struggling to bring his business idea to life.  It became apparent just how much time and effort it took to create a business and he appreciated that we had my administrative background and passion to create to help get his business going.  From setting up the business with the CRA, to branding, to bookkeeping, all the way to social media marketing – I tackled each new project with excitement.  My husband was so grateful as he knew he would not have had the time, skills, or patience to get everything in place.

My next big adventure was creating and marketing my husband’s first online course.  It was through this process that HBS was truly born.  I fell in love with the process of creating a new business and saw a need for other business owners who may not have the time or expertise to implement all the elements required to make a business successful. 

I use my experience and expertise, to offer a range of services to small businesses including payroll, social medial marketing, branding, website design, and process improvement. 

I bring over 16 years of progressive analytical experience.  I am passionate about many things when it comes to my career but what I enjoy the most is making life easier for others.  As a Business Analyst, I am always looking for ways to improve processes and helping clients set up their business, allowing them to spend time doing whatever they do best, is why I am excited to start this venture.  I also have many years of bookkeeping, payroll, and administrative experience.

Part of where my passion for efficiency comes from is because I value work life balance. My family comes first and I love the ability to take tasks off my clients plates to give them more time to focus on what is important to them.
